Hilfe fur mich (“Help for me”) is a highly specialized medical portal supporting and guiding patients with diseases as metastatic breast cancer or stroke, to better manage their lives. More than 50.000 users now benefit from its “Patient Navigator” tool. The later offers personalized answers to patient questions; allows them to create their very-own path, where medical information and events are in view; and provides high-quality medical content and training produced by patients and medical experts from various fields.

The Project

The conception and development of this online technology were carried out by a multidisciplinary expert group from a broad range of competencies: healthcare, business, publishers, communications, IT specialists, UX/UI, patient organizations and networks. The diversity of skills involved in this project allowed us to find new innovative paths and holistic solutions that help patients better manage their disease and lives.
