Stone Journey is a custom-built application created to transform how real estate developments are managed for Stone Capital, a prominent player in the industry. This application acts as a centralized platform for Stone Capital managers to share all relevant information with clients and investors who purchase property units within their developments in a streamlined and efficient manner.
Approach:
- After conducting extensive research, we gained a deeper understanding of the specific needs and pain points of real estate companies.
- Work closely with the Stone Capital team to identify project requirements and desired functionalities.
- Created an easily accessible interface for project information, payment plans, updates, and documents, with a user-friendly design.
- Implemented robust security measures to safeguard sensitive data and control access permissions based on user roles.
Challenge:
To ensure a smooth and user-friendly design across various sections of the platform, including the corporate website, real estate product portfolio, agent profiles, and financial modules, we need to integrate dynamic financial modules that connect directly with financial institutions.
This will provide real-time rates and proposals for purchasing clients. As Century 21 has an extensive portfolio that includes thousands of properties in Portugal, hundreds of agencies, and thousands of agents, we need to ensure that we meet their expectations.
